Msgs/Month refers to each time you send a message to a mobile phone, you are charged one credit. If you will be receiving incoming messages, but will not be providing a text message response, you will be charged a credit for the incoming message.

Your keyword remains in your account for as long as you make the monthly payments. If you cancel your account or fail to make your payment, the keyword becomes available for others to register after 30 days.

The service is provided with a 12 month agreement. You can cancel at any time with your termination fee equal to one month service plan. Be sure to cancel before your billing date. We can't give partial month refunds.

HINT: If you are unsure of how many messages you need, then you should sign up for the starter plan. If the messages run low, you can purchase additional credits that stay with the account until they are used. Unlike Keyword credits, these additional credits rollover from month to month. When you have a good idea of how many you use each month, it will be cheaper to get into the correct keyword plan.

If you start with a lower plan, you may upgrade if you need more. Our dashboard makes it very simple to upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan. It only takes a few minutes and can be done at anytime.

REFERRALS: For each account you refer to us, we will give you a credit of $50 toward your billing statement. Simply tell the party you referred to put your email address into the referred by box on the signup form. Credit will be applied after the referrer makes his 3rd payment.
